Yes, you are eligible to apply. Applicants without 501(c)(3) status may be subject to additional review processes before a grant can be finalized. Please note in your application that you do not currently hold 501(c)(3) status, so we understand why the relevant documentation has not been included.

We prioritize funding that directly advances charitable work and its beneficiaries. Requests for administrative or operational costs will be considered where they are integral to delivering that work.

A majority of our grants fall within the $5,000 to $25,000 range. However, we do occasionally approve larger grants of up to $100,000 for projects involving significant social impact, typically structured as multi-year partnerships. We recommend reaching out before applying if you plan to request more than $25,000.

No, you may submit only one application during a 12-month period.

It is not advisable to submit the same project unless new circumstances have made the project more competitive or better aligned with our focus areas.
